We had a borrower looking for funds to complete a residential development on an existing equestrian centre. Work had stalled when funds ran out part way through the development and the current lender still needed to be rapid.
As a part build on land with equestrian ties, their options were limited which is why we were required to assist with our network of lenders & existing relationships outside the open market.
We worked very closely with the lender and managed to arrange an exceedingly affordable facility at 75% loan to value within just 2 weeks. This allowed the borrower to complete the necessary build work with a view to refinancing onto a longer term product as the exit.
